ydjM+Bmp2
This is mature Bone Morphogenetic Protein 2 (BMP2) with a singal peptide YdjM. The design is the same as BBa_K733005 but with another signal peptide YdjM. It is also a signal peptide in Bacillus subtilis. For the description of mature BMP2, you can refer to BBa_K733005. For signal peptide YdjM, it has a more accurate cleaving site which ideally cuts the BMP2 from the signal peptide (Tjalsma et al, 2000), compare with the signal peptide YbdN in another construct.
